CETA, as a state cultural institution, is supervised by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. The Audiovisual Technology Centre is an over 8500-square metre large facility with full infrastructure allowing for the organization of even the most unusual cultural and art events. There are two film studios in the building, a record studio, a screening room and a vast collection of costumes. It is located in the vicinity of the Centennial Hall and the car park.
