Video surveillance is installed in the Parking area, so data such as your image and your vehicle’s registration number are processed by us.

– ensuring safety and property protection in the Parking area (if you are an employee of the Administrator, Article 6(1)(c) RODO),
– pursuing the legitimate interests of the Administrator, which is ensuring safety and property protection (if you are a Parking Client or a collaborator of the Administrator, Article 6(1)(f) RODO),
– pursuing and defending against claims (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).
Your data will be processed for up to 3 months from the date of recording, and if the recordings constitute evidence in proceedings conducted under legal regulations or may constitute evidence, the above-mentioned period is extended until the final conclusion of the proceedings or until you effectively object to the processing of your data, where the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator.
Providing data is voluntary but necessary to enter the monitored area.
We use the vehicle registration number to identify the Parking Client (vehicle) wishing to park in the Parking managed by us (Article 6(1)(b) RODO) and for the purpose of pursuing and defending against claims (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).
Your data such as name and surname, company name, address, and Parking billing may be used for issuing invoices and fulfilling tax obligations.
Your personal data will be processed for the time necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, i.e., until the contract is fulfilled, for the period required by law in the case of financial data, the limitation period for claims, or until you effectively object to the processing where the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Administrator.
Providing data is voluntary but necessary for the provision of parking services by the Administrator.
