Today, from the grounds of Centennial Hall in Wrocław, one of the most prestigious cycling events in Poland – the Tour de Pologne – has officially begun. This is already the 81st edition of the race, which each year attracts the best cyclists from around the world. This year’s route promises to be exceptionally thrilling, with fans from all over Poland able to follow the riders as they compete through some of the most beautiful corners of our country.
Early in the morning, the parking area near Centennial Hall was transformed into a cycling village, where teams prepared for the race. Cyclists, mechanics, and technical crews filled the space, getting ready for the start. The peloton, made up of 154 riders and 80 support vehicles, set off at 12:00 PM to the cheers of the many gathered spectators.
Tour de Pologne is a race that has enjoyed great popularity for years, both among fans and the riders themselves. This year’s route is full of challenging climbs and technically demanding sections, which will certainly make the competition intense. Everyone is eagerly anticipating the unfolding of events and the excitement each stage will bring.
The race has just begun, and the first kilometers are already behind us. Long days of competition lie ahead for the cyclists, and plenty of sporting excitement awaits the fans.
After a successful start to the race, we would like to inform you that our parking area, which served as a technical base for the cycling teams, is now fully available to all customers.
From now on, both Wrocław residents and visitors can once again use the parking lot without any restrictions.
